When the weekend hits, its time to relax (or not) with friends, or at a nice place
to meet some new ones. Whether you’re part of the suit & tie crowd or have tattoos
& body piercings, we’ve got some suggestions for you.
The Fraser Valley's club scene is strong, and tends to diverge in two opposite
directions: with live bands or with recorded music. It's not for nothing that a
very popular seventies rock band called itself "Chilliwack". You can find a club that
caters to your musical (and social) preferences, but with the distances between
the major communities, some of the good ones are a bit of a drive.
And if you really want to, nearby Vancouver gets the really big name recording acts
on their North American tours, many doing club dates not just arenas.
